課程概述 |
本課程旨在介紹海洋觀測資料常用之分析方法，亦可應用到其他地球科學資料分析．
課程以傳授統計、分析方法、及海洋資料特性之"觀念"為優先，數學工具是為輔助(避免複雜數學推導)，以實用為主要考量． |

(10) Hilbert-Huang Transform: The basic concepts
